"It's not about some journalist giving their hot take. It's about the music, it's about the artists, it's about the community." 🐦 P&P made it to ten years, wow 🙏🏼 by @constant_g

“I've always felt like I'm quite weak, in that I need a lot of help. But I'm quite strong, in that I'm not afraid to ask for it. And I've really subscribed to that idea of what can I do on my own? Nothing. What can I do as part of team? Anything.”
I interviewed the big boss himself, Richard Russell, founder and owner of XL Recordings. He’s one of the most interesting people in the music industry, and seems to be in it for all the right reasons. 3 hours of conversation became 33 pages of transcription, which became a long piece which is on P&P now. We also got some exclusive studio photos taken by Ed Morris from the sessions for Richard’s guest packed album, which is out next year. by @constant_g
