Maybe the lesson is that holding on isn’t always strength.

Sometimes you have to cut away what’s DAMAGED to make room for what’s healthy.

Help, hardship, and being at your lowest—none of it makes you less. The entire WORLD needs help, even when the machine keeps moving.

When you’re vulnerable, some people may not show up with the care or understanding you hoped for. That hurt is real, but it doesn’t define your worth. Protect your heART, pay attention to what people show you, and remember that you don’t have to carry everything alone. 🥺

I’ve supported people in my community, and sometimes it’s difficult to see priorities unfold in ways I don’t understand. But I also know that everyone is struggling in their own way. I understand what it feels like to have less luxury. For the first time in my life, I realize that I am rich and wealthy in ways that have nothing to do with what I own.

Jordans disintegrate. Things come and go. Yet generations have been taught to hold so tightly to collections of things while someone else is wondering if they’ll eat today.

Adjust your crown. 👑
Take the help.
Release what no longer serves you.
Keep going.

Never forget: you can be going through hell and still look good doing it.

Found this gem from that time @mrmecc told everyone to pull up #tbt #ganggang 💎🔥☄️ by @contactangel

No time makes it any easier but the love, sacrifice and foundation she selflessly gave was enough to last a lifetime. I will forever be grateful for the time and being gifted with such an amazing sister @gaiagurl who is a forever reminder of that love and continues our moms legacy. I know she would be so proud of the mother she is . I know I am 💝💝 #hugyourmom #fuckcancer🎀 #gonetoosoon #sarahssmile #happyhalloween 🎃 by @contactangel
