6 tips to land your first marketing job ( or creative job) 👀💕✨

1️⃣ Build a portfolio, create passion projects or mock briefs to show your skills (even made-up ones count).

2️⃣ Get on LinkedIn, network, connect with companies and put yourself out there.

3️⃣ Buddy-check your CV, a second pair of eyes will catch mistakes you miss.

4️⃣ Email people directly, you might apply for 100 jobs and hear nothing, so find contacts and reach out.

5️⃣ Get some work experience, even a few days can help you get your foot in the door.

6️⃣ Take courses, marketing, design, digital… there are loads of free ones online.

No one tells you this stuff when you start out 👀
