Hi, I’m Sarah, also known as the Ice Facial Queen. 👑🧊

I don’t make the rules.

Back in 2020, my ice facial routine was… not it. Slippery ice cubes, freezing fingers, bowls of ice water everywhere and with Raynaud’s, holding onto ice was definitely not ideal.

Then I watched my mum struggling with the exact same thing and thought: surely there has to be a better way.

There wasn’t… so I made one.

I designed something that was easy to hold, kept your fingers away from the ice, looked cute on your bathroom shelf and made that cold, depuffing morning routine actually easy.

The first prototype came straight off my 3D printer. Mum gave it her seal of approval. We launched it.

And somehow, you guys loved it. 🥹

Funny how the biggest chapters of your life can start as the smallest little thought.

At the time, I had no idea where this idea would take us — from making the first prototypes and packing orders ourselves, to pitching on Shark Tank, seeing Contour Cube in the hands of people around the world and building something that became so much bigger than the original idea.

And we’re still only getting started.

Sometimes you don’t need to know exactly where an idea is going.

You just need to be brave enough to start. 🤍
