MyLÚA is live.

My mom had postpartum depression after having me, before she had a name for it.

Three generations of women in my family were failed by care that only shows up at the visit. So we built the care that reaches out between them.

Live today: the app on iOS and Android, in English and Spanish. Our first paid pilot with Metro Mommy Agency, a doula agency in South Florida. Our enterprise agent in the IBM watsonx Orchestrate Agent Catalog.

For mothers, it is free. It always will be.

Swipe for the rest. The stages, the work, the people who got us here.

If you build for mothers, or pay for their care, the link in bio has the whole thing. 🔗 🙏🏾

A 10 year journey culminates today as I share the joy of publishing all 6 of my grad school journal publications, 3 of which I am the first author. Every challenge was a lesson and every delay a test of patience. Today, I stand tall, knowing the journey was worth every step because Proverbs 16:3 says, “Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and he will establish your plans.” 🙏🏾

My gift and passion for engineering and innovation, has opened numerous doors for me - a doctorate degree, becoming a serial entrepreneur, and a Chief Technology Officer in both mechanical and software companies. But this journey is more than just personal success. It’s about leveraging my knowledge and experience to bridge gaps in inequities and make a real impact in my community. Let this journey inspire others that with faith, resilience, and perseverance, nothing is impossible. ✊🏾👨🏾‍💻 🚀

Building @henwayai so you can describe the app you keep wishing existed and actually get it.

AI app builder, Building Is Available ep 4. You can explain it perfectly to a friend. So why can’t you explain it to AI?

You don’t need the right words. Say it messy. Henway says back what it heard, a couple of taps, and the app is built. It starts from what you already know.

AI app builder, Building Is Available ep 3. Five people clicked my link from Instagram and left right away.

The first screen asked what brought them there. It felt like a form. So I rebuilt it: now it’s a conversation with a friend. Say it wrong. Get it right.

AI app builder, Building Is Available ep 2. Most people never think to build an app. Software feels like someone else’s world.

AI promised it could build you anything, then handed you a blank box and expected you to know what to ask. Henway works differently: talk to it the way you’d talk to a friend.

AI app builder, Building Is Available ep 1. My cousin spent forty minutes inside my app and asked me, “Where’s the product?”

Back then Henway handed you a document, not the real thing. Now it builds the app, and if it can’t, it tells you the tool that should and stays with you.

Henway got into the Black Ambition Fundable Founders Learning Lab.

If you’re new here: Henway is an AI app builder for people who aren’t technical. You talk through the thing you keep working around, and Henway builds it. A working app at its own link, on any device, yours to keep. About seven minutes.

I’m building this solo, so being picked for this cohort means a lot. Thank you to Black Ambition, CODNER, JPMorganChase and every mentor in the program.

Swipe for a few apps Henway built. Next time you’re about to pay for a tool that almost does what you need, build it instead.

Used to play AAU in this gym. Today it was full of doulas, moms and babies.

Metro Mommy Agency brought the MOCHA Family Wellness Fair to the community I grew up in, and it hit different being back on that court for this.

Thank you Esther @icandoula and the whole MMA Family for having us 💜 #MyLUAHealth

Touchdown, New York. Round two at IBM’s Data and AI Customer Advisory Board.

I got to walk the room through MyLÚA Health: care that reaches out between visits. AI agents for women’s health, starting in maternal care, because that’s where the gaps are widest.

The work right now is defining what responsible healthcare AI looks like, before it gets deployed at scale. Set things in order before they get out of hand.
