Went on a hard ass hike to Mt. Defiance with a group of folks and I am surprised I didn't die. @ironwolf03 is trying to kill me. XD

Haven't pulled anything close to my PRs in a while. It was nice to get 295# for 3 (even if it's a block pull) and some pull-ups or 8.

Late post with a lovely Sunday hike up Green Mountain with @winglessdreams .
Nothing like starting off on an unmarked trailhead, getting hit with overgrown foliage, and scrambling up rocks. 👌🤣

Went hiking with @ironwolf03 ...but we mistakenly went to two different trail heads on the opposite side of the mountain. XD it was a great first hike of the year. taken in Poo Poo Point by @conyau

Finished my back piece yesterday! I was looking back... It has been 3 years (2019!!) Since I first went to @tatblaster10000 to get a chest piece. I love how it all turned out. :D taken in Highmark Tattoo by @conyau

My trainer @ironwolf03 is a weirdo. Haven't lifted heavy in a while. Squats at 235# for 1.

Fancy attire, tator tots, and pizza make for the classiest dates. Enjoyed the snow and made a very bald snowman. 👌🤣😅 taken in McMenamins Anderson School by @conyau
