Jerk Chicken Rasta Pasta 🍽️

This was my most successful night so far and I don’t have good pictures yall 🤦🏾‍♀️ I was so happy to be able to sell out of plates this night so that was my first priority and I appreciate yall soo much! This jerk chicken rasta pasta was creamy penne pasta tossed in a rich, seasoned sauce with mild-spiced jerk chicken, and red + green bell peppers then garnished.

I like a spicy Rasta pasta but I know everybody doesn’t like too much spice so I keep it mild so everyone can enjoy. I hate that I barely got any pics but I’m gonna do better for y’all so I can show off my food more because it’s so much I’m excited to make. Chef’s Kiss! 👩🏾‍🍳💋

Crispy Chipotle Chicken & Beef Tacos 🍽️

My first plate back on campus and im coming different this smester idk i ate bad with these😂 Crispy chipotle chicken and/or beef street tacos on fried corn tortillas with cheese and chipotle sauce served with my seasoned street corn and choice of salsa, sour cream or chipotle sauces on the side. This was definitely the kind of plate I had in mind when I came back because I wanted something delicious and different from my usual rotation. 🔥 Definitely a plate I’d bring back again because I enjoyed making these just as much as y’all enjoyed eating them. Bacon Cheeseburger Hawaiian Sliders + Garlic Parmesan Fries 🍽️

Another one of my hits on camp 😮‍💨 These were bacon cheeseburger sliders made on toasted Hawaiian rolls with melted colby jack cheese, crispy bacon, and a homemade burger sauce with crispy garlic Parmesan tossed fries. This was definitely one of those plates that didn’t need too much because everybody loves a good bacon cheeseburger. Putting the sliders on Hawaiian rolls was something I wanted to try personally and gave it that little something extra, and the garlic Parmesan fries were the perfect side. Loved it 10/10, Chef’s Kiss 👩🏾‍🍳💋

Chicken Alfredo, Shrimp Alfredo + Alfredo Garlic Bread 🍽️

I had three different Alfredo options on the menu, Chicken Alfredo, Shrimp Alfredo, and Chicken Alfredo Garlic Bread and my customers showed love to all three. This is homemade Alfredo sauce, grilled chicken/shrimp, fettuccine, and my homemade garlic bread was made with Italian bread and my own seasoned garlic butter, baked. The Chicken Alfredo Garlic Bread was me getting creative with a classic Alfredo and it came out perfectly so delicious wish they were bigger 😩 Definitely another crowd favorite and one I’ll keep bringing back into my rotation. Chef’s Kiss! 👩🏾‍🍳💋

Fried Chicken Loaded Buffalo Ranch Fries 🍽️

This was a simple comfort food plate that I’ve made for myself before so I knew was going to be perfect. This plate was crispy fried chicken, seasoned crinkle-cut fries, melted cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch and topped with a little parsley 🤌🏾 Delicious and it just made sense to make this one, I got some really good reviews on it so I might have to try some different variations in the future. Chef’s Kiss! 👩🏾‍🍳💋

Philly Cheesesteak + Fries 🍽️

You can’t tell me im not from Philly a lil bit cus i love everything from Philly I always end up obsessed idk. This plate is seasoned steak, melted provolone, peppers, onions, and mayo on a toasted hoagie roll with crispy crinkle-cut fries 🤌🏾 Some requested no toppings, some requested extra but they were all exactly what my customers wanted. One of my campus favorites and I will alwaysss keep it in my rotation even as a go to for myself (chicken ofc). This one was definitely a crowd pleaser because y’all ran it up, giving it great reviews and requesting to run it back. Chef’s Kiss! 👩🏾‍🍳💋

Desserts by Kris??? 😂🤌🏾

Trust the process! I put together a few pics of the desserts I made when I first started selling on campus earlier this year, they’re all different but I wanted to showcase what I have of them together!

Starting with the Biscoff vanilla cupcakes, these were a custom order for a returning customer who had also ordered my Valentine’s Day cupcakes prior. She loved them so much she requested more so I had to double it.

The Valentine’s strawberry cupcakes with real strawberries + Biscoff crumble and my half-dozen white chocolate-covered strawberries were both part of my Valentine’s Day special menu. My friend & favorite sous chef helped me assemble these while I was cooking plates that day.

And best for last, my Biscoff cinnamon rolls topped with real Biscoff butter + cookies. These were my first dessert for sale in Jan because cinnamon rolls are my personal favorite and Biscoff had been taking over my feed 😂 I loved these and y’all did too!

I’m still experimenting & growing with my baking but it’s definitely an area I want to expand into with Cooked By Kris. Chef’s Kiss! 👩🏾‍🍳💋

Hot Honey Chicken + Mac & Cheese 🍽️

One of my first few but most successful plates sold on my campus back in Feb 2026. Absolutely deliciousss crispy fried chicken breast glazed with home-made hot honey sauce over my baked mac & cheese with the perfect crisp on top. I enjoyed making this so much and I always love anything with chicken or mac and cheese. Chef’s Kiss! 👩🏾‍🍳💋
