Such a huge honour & total joy to join the amazing @chrisevanstfi & @vassos.alexander on their @virginradiouk Breakfast Show this week!!

This is genuinely mind blowing stuff, having been such a massive fan for so long. Thank you for making me feel so welcome, so supported & so understood.

I'm read, waiting & bursting at the seams to come back on, share some of my cooking barrier busting techniques & maybe make you a few tasty treats too!!!! 🤔🙏👨‍🍳❤️ by @cookfulness

This time last week I was waiting on the sofa to go live on @sundaybrunchc4 @channel4 with the amazing @rimmersimon & @timlovejoy_official !

Cooking & being interviewed live is really not easy!

The photo caught them either saying "you better be good!" or "who the heck are you?" or "It's you, Ian, Mr Cookfulness, you're finally here!!!"

Can't wait to be back on the show.

Thank you to a truly fabulous team behind the scenes/cameras who looked after myself and @elliemaetaverner so well!
