Dog fitness is about so much more than just staying active 🐾💪🏼

Just like us, dogs benefit from exercises that help them build strength, improve balance and develop better body awareness.

✨ Better coordination
✨ Stronger muscles
✨ Improved balance and body control
✨ Supporting healthy movement in everyday life

Small, controlled exercises can make a big difference when practiced correctly and adapted to your dog’s individual abilities.

And the best part? You can make fitness fun and build an even stronger bond with your dog along the way 🥰

Train smart, move well and have fun together. 🐾

Living with a dog is about more than commands 🐾 It’s the little things we do every day that make life together safer, calmer and easier.

Which everyday manners matter most to you?

Somewhere along the way, dogs became so much more than just a part of my life. They became a part of who I am 🐾

And the more I learn about them, the more I realise how much there is to learn about ourselves too ♥️

Should shock collars be banned everywhere? 🤍

Dogs need boundaries, of course. But there’s a difference between teaching a dog and making them afraid of getting something wrong.

For me, training is about understanding, trust and helping dogs learn what we want from them 🐾

How do you feel about this? 💭

Ever wondered why your dog listens perfectly at home but suddenly forgets everything the moment you step outside? 👀🐾

You’re not alone! And no, your dog isn’t being stubborn 🥰

The outside world is full of exciting smells, sounds and distractions. What feels easy in your living room can suddenly become a whole new challenge outside.

Instead of asking for more, try making it easier. Give your dog time, celebrate the little wins and build those skills step by step 🤍

Learning takes time, and every little step counts.

Eye contact is more than just teaching your dog to look at you 👀🐾

For me, it’s about building connection and teaching a dog to check in with their human.

That little moment of eye contact can become a way of saying, “What do you think?” or “What should I do?”

It helps your dog learn to pay attention to you, look to you for guidance and stay connected even when there are distractions around.

No pressure, just small moments of connection and lots of little wins.

Over time, that connection can become the foundation for so many things we do together.

It’s not about making your dog stare at you.
It’s about teaching them that checking in with you is always worth it 🐾

A little flirt pole fun 🥹🤍🐾

I’m always looking for ways to turn play into something meaningful and this one is such a fun way to work on connection, impulse control and listening while still letting them be dogs 🥰

And a little thank you to @build.a.bond for gifting us this flirt pole 🥹🤍 We’ve been having so much fun with it already 🐾✨

Have you tried a flirt pole with your dog before? 🐶
Let me know if you’d like to see how we build this kind of training ✨

☕️🐾 Coffee & calm

Not every training session has to be about doing something.

Sometimes the most valuable training is simply learning that nothing is happening. Sitting with your human, watching the world go by and being able to relax in a new place 🤍

Today we found this little Japanese inspired corner @matcha.station.cnx in Chiang Mai and it was the perfect spot for some quiet café training 🌿🍵

We’ll definitely be discovering more dog friendly little places around Chiang Mai and sharing some of our favourites with you along the way 🥰🐾

Because being a good dog in everyday life isn’t just about obedience. It’s also about feeling comfortable doing absolutely nothing ✨

A reliable recall isn’t built in one training session. It’s built through lots of small moments and experiences over time 🤍

It’s about building a habit of choosing you, even when the world around them is exciting 🐾

And honestly, that’s one of my favourite things about recall training. You’re not just teaching your dog a cue. You’re teaching them that coming back to you doesn’t mean the fun has to end ✨

A day full of wagging tails, little kisses and lots of love 🐾🤍

Today we joined Lanna Care for Animals Foundation to visit the shelter and later spend some time with the temple puppies. It was such a lovely reminder of how much a little time, care and attention can mean to a dog 🥹

If you’re looking to adopt in Chiang Mai, there are so many beautiful souls waiting for their forever homes. Some of the dogs we met today would love to meet their future families too 🐶✨

Every dog deserves to feel safe, loved and cared for 🤍
