Smoked Salmon & Spinach Quiche - a quick, easy, high protein & nutritious meal. One of my favorite go-to’s!

Ingredients:
•pre-made pie crust
•6-8 eggs
•smoked salmon
•fresh spinach
•fresh dill
•cottage or cream cheese (optional)
•salt & pepper to taste

Method:
•prepare baking dish with pie crust
•to pie crust add all ingredients: fresh chopped spinach, smoked salmon, creamed cheese, beaten eggs.
•top with fresh chopped dill
•bake at 200C for 30-45 minutes.
•serve & enjoy!

Buona Festa del Papà!!! 🇮🇹 Literally THOUSANDS of Zeppole are being freshly made and sold by the boxes at every single pasticceria here in Salento. One of our local bars will sell 3,000 in-store at the bar today, and that’s not including the thousands needing prepared for their hundreds of orders. There was standing room only for our morning Father’s Day coffee.

Bravissimi to all the bakers and workers out there fulfilling these orders and bellies! And a massive Auguri to all the dads, especially ours @officialgcapaldi We love you! 💚 taken in Salento, Puglia by @cookingcapaldi

Happy Pancake Tuesday ya’ll! We love these healthy and easy blender pancakes, and i love knowing that my girls are getting some great nutrients into their growing bodies. 🥞

Ingredients:
•bananas
•eggs
•flax seeds
•chia seeds
•oatmeal
•cinnamon
•milk (of choice)
•optional: protein powder

Method:
•combine all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth, adding milk as needed.
•cook pancakes on stovetop.
•serve with your favorite toppings and/or fruit.
•Enjoy!
