Let’s talk about that dish—banana and hazelnut tortellini paired with South Indian filtered coffee. It was an unexpected combination that completely blew me away. The warm, delicate tortellini wrapped around me like a comforting hug, bringing back memories of home. The smooth richness of the South Indian coffee balanced the sweetness perfectly. It was one of those moments that made me pause and just savor the experience. Who knew something so simple could evoke so much emotion?

You never forget your first!!

Growing up, it always seemed like Michelin-starred restaurants were reserved for foreign cuisines—Indian food wasn’t typically associated with fine dining. The assumption was that our flavors were too bold, too familiar, to fit into that world. But Trèsind Studio completely changes that perspective.

From the very first bite, I was transported back to the flavors of my childhood, wrapped in the most elegant, modern presentations. Indian food, but like I had never experienced it before. Stay tuned for Part 2, where I talk about a dish that felt like a warm hug, bringing back the comfort of home.

A day of pure luxury in Dubai! ✨ Kicked things off at the Dubai Frame, then had the ultimate Burj Al Arab tour – gold cappuccinos, royal suites, and those insane sea views from the bar with my Pappa & Mumma by my side. Couldn’t have asked for a better day!
