Overcooked eggs never tasted so good by @cookingwithcapone

Back at it with the bread; this time it's whey bread! I made Greek yogurt this weekend and used the whey as a water replacement. The result is a is an extremely flavourful bread with a slight tang. Try it out if you have some left over!

This bread probably slaps with zatar. by @cookingwithcapone

Bimbimbap
Quick weeknight meal with me on the stove and @n.couillard on prep and plating and sauce. I bought a dragon fruit for dessert but I didn't get the best one, still looks good tho.

Made some mozzarella sticks for the first time to go with this easy appetizer meal. Happy new years everyone, remember it's okay to make frozen foods but sometimes it's a gamble. Those chicken pieces had a weird taste 😅. Those mozzarella sticks rocked 😋 by @cookingwithcapone

Let's do this again! While you were sleeping I made tandoori style chicken with Mediterranean style rice. Brusselsprouts by @n.couillard. More meal prep posts? Let me know. by @cookingwithcapone

While you were sleeping I was making a bunch of tiny lasagna.

Butter chicken and pizza dough trying to be naan. This was the best I've made yet, chicken cooked fast under a broiler to get that char then slow cooked in the curry. Spicy, rich, delicious!

Artichoke spinach dip is a game changer. Please just use artichokes from the jar.

As always I gotta cook something nice for fathers day, last year it was lasagna, this year it was delicious steaks from the @cheese_boutique. Happy Fathers Day to all the dads out there!

First time making steak; surprisingly, perfect medium rare, take your time and have a trusty thermometer 👌

I worked at the restaurant again this week, I put in a soft resignation after I got a fulltime position at an engineering company a month ago. I told them if they need me I'd try and be there and it finally happened; man it's a special thing being out there making people's nights just a little bit better. If you feel comfortable go out there and support your favorite restaurants, they've missed you. Maybe you'll catch me at Alegro next weekend, no promises 😉

My first laminated bread, it turned out surprisingly well. Gochujang, green onions, and garlic.

Inspired by @proofbread, check them out for amazing in depth bread making videos. Next time Im probably doing an olive loaf, or maybe that bacon loaf; what should I make next time?
