These are soft, tender, lightly spiced, coated in sugar, and everything a homemade apple cider donut should be!

And I have to tell you… these might be my favorite recipe in my new cookbook, Always Bring Dessert. I tested and tweaked these until they were absolutely FLAWLESS, and I seriously cannot get enough of them.
