Chicken Chicken Chicken 🍗💞

Dry your chicken, season with salt & pepper, and sear in olive oil till golden. Take it out.

In the same pan, sauté:
🧅 1 sliced onion
🌶 1 sliced red pepper
🥬 2–3 celery sticks
🧄 4–5 garlic cloves
🥒 1 shredded zucchini & 1 shredded tomato

Mix in:
🫛 2 cups chickpeas
🌶 2 tsp paprika, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp turmeric, salt & pepper

Add 2 cups boiling water, let it bubble & taste (should already be delicious!).

Put the chicken back, coat it well, cover & bake at 180°C for 1–1h15.
Uncover for the last 15–20 mins for extra flavor.

Serve and make with lots of love 💞✨
