I still remember, before Cookoon existed, this concept was just a thought, a dream, an idea that kept coming back no matter how many times I tried to put it aside or postpone it.

I didn’t really know where it would go, or how I was going to make it happen. I just knew I wanted to cook, create, explore, and build something around the feeling that food can give us.

Since then, it’s been a lot of figuring things out along the way. A lot of work, long days, carrying things around, planning, trying, creating, starting over, and sometimes wondering if I’m actually crazy for doing all of this on my own 😂

But little by little, the idea started becoming real. A pop-up here, a gathering there, a new recipe, a new collaboration, a room full of people enjoying something we made… and suddenly, there’s Cookoon.

I think that’s the beautiful part of starting something from nothing. You don’t always need to have the whole road figured out. Sometimes you just need to take the next step, keep showing up, and trust that the pieces will find their place.

So here’s to the messy beginnings, the small wins, the lessons, the people we meet along the way, and every crazy little dream we decide to give a chance 🍻

Cookoon is still just getting started, and I’m so grateful and thankful for this journey ❤️
To abundance 🥂

A little coffee & juice setup at the beautiful land of @wanderlust.riverside , Ain Dara 🌿

We like keeping things open, changing it up, and creating around the space we’re in✨

If you’re planning a gathering and want us there, whatever the theme or menu, send us a message. ❤️

A very raw gratitude post, to all the beautiful beings that joined us in the kitchen at @kiva_hub ‘s retreat last week.

How everyone gathered to deliver the best results in terms of food prepping, cooking and serving. We are blessed to have worked with such amazing, responsible and loving humans🤍

This is what COOKOON is all about, sharing ideas, getting creative, cooking collectively, in our cocoon, to eventually unleash the most amazing dishes🦋, making sure the vibe and energy is always light, bright, and fun✨

A special thank you to @ritakhattar___ for the beautiful shots🙏🏻

Thank you everyone again✨❤️

More content and food pictures coming soon! Until then, see you at Spacefest this weekend ! 🛸 by @cookoon.lb

A little glimpse into what will be coming out of the Kiva kitchen. 🌿

From August 21 —> 23, Cookoon will be joining Kiva in Sad Shabrouh, Faraya, taking care of the kitchen and the food throughout the retreat.

Over three days and two nights, we’ll be cooking a diverse menu inspired by different cuisines, familiar flavors, unexpected combinations, and our own little twists in taste and presentation.

There will be something for everyone, with vegan and vegetarian options woven throughout the menu.🥑

Everything made from scratch, served with love, and cooked with the same curiosity, creativity and passion that COOKOON was built around✨

These are just a few glimpses of what’s to come.❤️

Something had to exist between an idea and the plate.

This is where COOKOON was born.
A space where food, creativity, curiosity and a little bit of chaos come together✨

Somewhere between trying something new and finding your new favorite dish.

COOKOON is food made to be explored, shared, enjoyed, and probably talked about afterwards.

So come curious🍽️

Every COOKOON pop-up starts with a cuisine we’re craving, a concept we want to explore, a dish we want to twist, or sometimes just a combination thats makes waaayyy too much sense not to try!

There’s no box to stay inside. And that’s what makes every COOKOON experience different.

Some will be food-focused, some might become products. The only constant? We’re always making something👩🏻‍🍳

The best things usually happen when different minds get in the same room.

COOKOON is built for collaborations, experiments, and unexpected combinations👩🏻‍🍳, bringing chefs, artists, brands, makers and curious people together to make something worth sharing ✨

And now, you know who we are.

WELCOME TO COOKOON❤️

Follow along for our upcoming pop-ups, collaborations and the next thing we’re cooking up👩🏻‍🍳
