Recently broke ground to start building a long awaited "treehouse" for the redoakcommunityschool in Clintonville. What makes this extra special is that the design came from the students themselves. 🌳

Now, we get to help turn their ideas into something they’ll actually be able to climb, explore, and enjoy, alongside Bradley and Benjamin @bjlarchitecture at @rhythm_arch. Construction is officially underway so stay tuned for progress updates!

Bathrooms are small rooms with a lot of opinions.

Plumbing, venting, electrical, waterproofing, and tile all fighting for the same forty square feet. There's no hiding a sloppy detail in a room you stand three feet from every day.

Which is why the boring stuff matters most. The pan slope. The blocking. The elevation of the vanity wall before a single fixture is installed,

There may have been 99 problems, but the client felt none. This is exactly why we like working closely with a trusted designer throughout a project. Two sets of eyes, two different areas of expertise but a shared goal, and a lot of conversations about the little details that avoid mistakes and delays ahead of time.

This day at our Dublin en-suite bathroom re-do, one of the new vanity mirrors came shattered so both had to be returned and a new order (and new lead time) placed, and one of the flush mount lights revealed questions we didn't know we had until closer inspection with @winterberrydesigns 👏.

Do we care that we’re posting our August recap halfway through September? NOPE! Just a little fashionably late ☺️.

The month had a little bit of everything and quite a swirl. Site visits, client meetings, and kicking off new projects. We also hit the NARI Home Tour by @trustnari and the @worthingtonareachamber Q3 luncheon…always good to be in the room with great people.

And then the personal stuff…birthday celebrations, family visits, a trip to Atlanta, the Ohio State Fair, and somehow a whole session dedicated to bougie clear ice cubes. No complaints 🤗

Their kitchen might be "broken" now, but in partnering with @devondownsdesign, it's soon to be better than ever. This Worthington Hills home will be getting a first floor re-do, including:

✔️ The island they've dreamt of having family surround
✔️ New appliances, windows, and lighting
✔️ A first floor layout that facilitates the way this family lives
✔️ Last, but not least, arches 😍

When your CPA invites you over to remodel their bathroom, you show up.

We just kicked off an owners ensuite bathroom remodel in Dublin and this one is going to be a full transformation.

The homeowners have been in this house since their kids were young and now it's time to finally build the bathroom they've always wanted.

We're creating separate vanities, removing half walls to open the space up, and really focusing on making every inch of this bathroom more functional and beautiful.

Also excited to be working with a new design partner on this one, @winterberryhomedesign. The kind of designer who actually gets the construction side, and that makes all the difference.

So inspired by the remodeled homes we got to see on @trustnari ‘s 2026 Tour of Remodeled Homes. Although we could only go to 4 of the 7 on the tour, each one was a fantastic example of what happens when great vision, design, and building meet.

Some of our favorite details from the tour:

1. Soapstone counter tops
2. A concealed entryway to a basement
3. Brass bridge faucets with the perfect patina
4. Deep recessed windows in the kitchen
