🎬 The set starts moving before I arrive.

While everybody’s getting ready for ACTION, I’m already thinking 10 steps ahead. 💯

Schedules. Budgets. Crew. Locations. Problems that haven’t even happened yet.

A great producer doesn’t just show up ready. A great producer makes sure EVERYBODY is ready. 🎥🔥

The goal? Less chaos. More execution. Better films.

🎬 Producers, what’s the FIRST thing you do to prepare for a shoot day? Drop it below! 👇🏾

As a producer, having a STRONG UPM on your team is a GAME CHANGER! 🎬💪🏾

The UPM gets pulled in EVERY direction on set! One minute it’s the budget, next it’s a location issue, a scheduling conflict, or a department that needs answers YESTERDAY! 😂

A great UPM needs leadership, communication, problem-solving skills, financial discipline, and the ability to stay CALM under pressure.

Everybody sees the chaos. A great UPM sees the solution!

That’s why we ❤️ @asiadiamond

Producers, your UPM can make or break your production! 🎥🔥

🎬 Everybody wants to see their name in the credits, but not everybody is willing to put in the WORK!

The late nights, the setbacks, the sacrifices… THAT’S where filmmakers are made. 💯

Stop talking about your dream film and GO SHOOT IT! 🎥🔥

Tag a filmmaker who needs this reminder! 👇🏾

From the song “Hustlin”, “I’m into distribution.”
It’s a different kind of product though. 😎

Films. Microdramas. Verticals.

As a Producer, I’m not only interested in what happens on set.
I’m interested in what happens after the final cut.

Because making the movie is only half the hustle.
Getting it seen is the business.

Got a finished film or microdrama that needs a distribution conversation?

To every actor and aspiring actor: keep going. 🎬

The no’s, the slow seasons, the auditions that go nowhere, they’re all part of the journey.

Keep training. Keep creating. Keep showing up.

Your moment can’t find you if you quit. 🔥

Bad planning = chaos, wasted time, and wasted money. 🎬

You can’t control everything on set, but you can be prepared for it.

That’s why I use The Producer Pack.
