Ben Locke is currently the VP of A&R over at AWAL and runs new Sony label (dis)harmony working across artists such as Sawyer Hill, The Takes, Renee Christine, PASH, and JT Moore.

Prior to that - he was on the A&R team over at Capitol Records / Virgin working with artists and labels such as Talk, Good Boy Records, and Fashionably Early. He also headed up A&R over at the Warner affiliated distribution company Level working early days with Remi Wolf, Stephen Sancez, brakence, and Omar Apollo. On the management side at Hot Management - Ben works across Zinadelphia, emma who? And producer Drew Vandenberg by @coolstuffmusic

Martha Blair is from Virginia and a southern girl at heart, currently serving as Senior Director of Marketing at Nebula17, where she works across the label’s international and US rosters. On the international side, she partners with Japanese acts including BE:FIRST, Awich, and Xamiya, helping bring their music to global audiences.

Prior to Nebula17, Martha Blair was at Nice Life, where she worked on projects spanning John-Robert, Junior Mesa, The Marías, and St. Panther. She got her start in the industry as a touring assistant in New York at CAA, and also spent time on the Kamala Harris 2024 presidential campaign, working across digital strategy.

Her love of music goes back to growing up on classic rock Tom Petty, The Beach Boys, the Eagles, and Fleetwood Mac were the soundtrack to her childhood, and that foundation still shapes her ear for artists today.

MB has a passion for traveling and exploring new places, London, Mexico City, Tokyo, and Lisbon are among her favorite cities. When she’s not deep in a marketing campaign, she’s probably at a hot yoga class, cooking a complex dinner recipe, at the beach with a margarita in hand, or cheering on Alabama football.
