If you are wondering why I have had a bandaid on my forehead for the last month it’s because I have been treating a basal cell carcinoma with superficial radiation treatment (srt). Wear your sunscreen folks. 🤕☀️🩸🫣

I am by no means a professional here and could definitely put some of these tips into my own practice. 😅

But I took notes during the LTK + Meta session and wanted to share with my fellow content girlies. 🫶

A few takeaways on Instagram Reels, content creation, affiliate links, and cross-posting to Facebook. All things I’m still figuring out while juggling work, kids, and filming whenever I find a minute. 📱

Which tip are you trying first? 👀 taken in Minnesota by @coolthingswithabby

Mom life lately: coffee, errands, school pickup, and packing snacks before we leave the house. 🤎 My everyday crossbody bag comes along for all of it.

Casual mom outfits, a hands-free bag, and lip gloss somewhere under the kids’ snacks. 😂 ps. I made this carousel in edits! #ClubTarget #TargetPartner #TargetFave link in bio taken in Minnesota by @coolthingswithabby

The question in our house is officially: WHAT ELSE CAN WE CRUNCH? 😂

The @CRUNCHLABS Crunchinator by Mark Rober lets kids squish, smoosh, pop + crunch different objects while seeing some pretty cool engineering in action. And judging by the reactions… I think we found a hit.

You can find the CrunchLabs Crunchinator at @Walmart!

What should we put in it next? 👀

Easy steakhouse night, but make it at home 🥩

Keep things simple with steak & twice baked potatoes. I also love knowing Hy-Vee’s high-quality beef is sourced from family farms right here in the Midwest. 🤎

Easy dinner that has no business being this good 🌽🍝 Creamy Street Corn Pasta using a few of my go-to brands from @hyvee . Easy, creamy, and a great way to get quality + value for our family.

Creamy Street Corn Pasta 🌽

You’ll need:
• 1 lb pasta
• 2 cans Del Monte corn, drained
• 8 oz Philadelphia cream cheese
• ½ cup sour cream
• ½ cup shredded or crumbled cheese
• 1 lime, juiced
• 1 tsp chili powder
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• Salt + pepper
• Cilantro for topping

Make it:
Cook pasta and save a little pasta water. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, lime juice and seasonings until creamy. Stir in the corn, cheese and cooked pasta. Add a splash of pasta water until it’s as creamy as you like. Top with cilantro, extra cheese and chili powder. Done!

Save this one for an easy weeknight dinner.

been a min since I did an outfit reel…

A casual mom outfit that checks all my boxes: cute, comfortable and easy to throw together. 💚

I’m always looking for everyday mom outfit ideas that feel put together without trying too hard. This is exactly the kind of look I’ll wear for daycare drop-off, errands, work-from-home days and everything in between.
