It’s great to say that I have finally been able to experience the feeling of happiness again.

For a large part of the past 2 years, I’ve been fighting to overcome the debilitating symptoms of anxiety, depression, and PTSD.

During this period of time, the most prominent emotions in my everyday life were negative ones. Seldom could I get excited about things or experience any measure of joy. I could talk in depth about the difficulties that I’ve faced during these years, but I like the positive side of things (and I’ll spare you the reading)🙃

I am very grateful for the people who have been there to support me in the many challenges that I have faced over the years. I’m well aware that some of these challenges are still pertinent, but I also have much more hope whilst going through them.

I’ve also been blessed enough to have been a means of support for others during the betterment of their overall health and wellness. And I hope that I can continue to do that for anyone else in need. by @coonarnar

Top 5 things I learned about Maine this week:

1. There are plenty of lighthouses but you can never see them in action because curfew is at sunset.

2. The state flag might as well be an open flag.

3. Apparently everything here is haunted.

4. Apparently not everything is a puffin.

JANUARY

I’ve been feeling incredibly blessed over the past month.

If there’s one thing you should know about me, it’s that my #1 love language is quality time. And for some reason, recently, I’ve been fortunate enough to have spent copious amounts of quality time with some very high quality people.

I’m beyond grateful to have such great friends and family whose “human orbits” have made their way into my own human orbit. From friendships that have been orbiting close for years, to orbits newly converging with mine, to orbits that have reconverged after years apart.

That being said, I would like to thank each of you for enriching and brightening my life in one way or another ♥️
