Words can't describe how grateful I am to have had the pleasure of being your grandson, Coach. Every good part of me I contribute to you. From teaching me how to ride a bike for the first time, to teaching me how to drive, you have always been a teacher to me and to hundreds of kids who were blessed to have you as their Coach. You were a man who taught and led by example, and that example was nothing but good. You were never callous, never evil with your intentions, you were a light in everyone's lives. I first learned what unconditional love was from you Coach. Everyone who knew you also knew what it felt like to be loved and valued no matter what neck of the woods you were from. Thank you for all that you did for us, Coach. We love you more than you could ever know, rest in peace. by @coop_conn
