I can’t believe my junior marching season is over.

I made so many amazing memories and friends this season and I’m beyond grateful for all of it.

I have honestly never sobbed harder after a show before. At that last horns down, taking in the audience and the lights made me feel an emotion I had never really felt before.

Im going to miss the seniors so much. This graduating class is made up of the people who really helped me be who I am today and I owe so much to all of them <3

This has been a pretty amazing rookie season.

There have definitely been some rough parts though too. I started out the season contracted but was moved to an alternate the day before tour. It was a hard thing to process, but I wouldn’t give up the memories or experience from this summer for anything. I have made some of my closest friends on tour and truly found a family.

It was also amazing getting to see the people I know in other corps and new friends I made put on such amazing shows. The absolute DCI nerd in me freaked out all summer getting to watch so many different shows. (I wasn’t really supposed to fangirl over other corps but I definitely did 😅)

While I have some regrets of things I wish I did this season, that just gives me more to look forward to next year.

I can’t believe how quickly this season flew by. I’m so grateful for all of the people I call my family in this band. While I am a little sad I didn’t get to have one more run of Hats Off with all of y’all, I am so glad for all of the other chances I got.

I am also so thankful that I had the chance to march baritone this year. It was definitely a challenge (and my shoulders def hurt) but it was 100% worth it.

I couldn’t ask for a better band family.

2024 was a really hard year for me, especially over the summer, but I learned so much and met so many amazing people.

Only two weeks left?

I can’t believe this season has gone by so quick. There have definitely been some really tough parts of tour but I’ve made it and have come out with some amazing memories.

I only truly have a week left with you guys and it is going to pass by way too quickly. I love y’all so much. Can’t wait to cry while singing salvation for the last time with you all 🥹
