I’ve been feeling SO much better since I started juicing. I have more energy, and my skin has never looked better. It’s glass, chile. GLASS! 🙂‍↔️I’ve also been working on my anemia with my provider, and juicing has become one helpful part of my routine. My iron levels are in the normal range for the first time in 5 years! 🙌🏽 I’m hooked!

So, naturally, I wanna share this journey with y’all. I’ll be posting all of my juicing recipes in our lil community I’m building. It’s completely FREE to join. A rainy day has its own kind of soundtrack: drops pattering on the roof, wind brushing past the windows, and a big pot gently bubbling on the stove.

Curry chicken is taking the lead. The spices bloom, the sauce gets cozy, and that rich, comforting aroma makes its way through the house like an invitation: come on in, take your time, and stay awhile. Suddenly, the gray outside doesn’t feel so gloomy. 🥰
