Insane summer meet tonight. Threw a foot pr of 14.03m right after straining my hamstring on my first long jump attempt😭 taken in Emerson, New Jersey by @cooperthrowsandlifts

39.05 for a huge 4 meter pr!!! Probably my favorite throw ever and the second slide could have been even better if I hit the finish taken in New Haven, Connecticut by @cooperthrowsandlifts

225 total weight (180 loaded +45 bar ) for 2 at 170 something bw which is a 20lb pr on the landmine jerk for me. These have become one of my favorite moments and I think have really improved my full body strength and translate well to my overhead barbell movements 🥳🔮🍟 by @cooperthrowsandlifts
