Week Two of @copilotkali Private Training Mentorship at Flexibility Fitness ✨

After Cali’s first assessment at Flexibility Fitness, we noticed her split alignment needed some refinement. Over the past two weeks, we’ve been working intentionally on correcting her hip positioning in the split—knowing this foundation will directly translate into her two main goals: a stronger needle scale and cleaner leg extensions.

Flexibility training isn’t always easy. It takes time, patience, and attention to the smallest details. But with consistent work, encouragement, and lots of love, progress happens. At Flexibility Fitness, we guide our students to understand that slow and steady truly wins the race—and we’re here to support them every step of the way 🤍 by @copilotkali

🌟 Welcome, Kali! 🌟

We’re so excited to welcome @copilotkali to the Flexibility Fitness Private Training Mentorship 2026! 💪✨

Kali is a dedicated competition dancer who knows the power of setting goals and working hard to reach them. She’s already secured her 2026 spot to focus on leg extensions, hamstring flexibility, and hip mobility — setting herself up for an incredible year of progress! 🙌

Are you ready to lock in your training before it’s too late? ⏰

Only 9 spots remain in the Private Training Mentorship — our exclusive program designed for serious students ready to take their flexibility and contortion training to the next level.

The sign up closes December 12th and will not open again until March 1st 2026. Sign up before we book out!

If you’re ready to commit to real, consistent results in 2026, DM us the word “MENTORSHIP” to apply today! 💫
