WHAT. A. WEEKEND. 🌭 So good to be back in the desert beating the heat, eating the meat (or veggie dogs), and riding mountain bikes, unicycles, and everything in between. You all came out in force to make this the biggest and best Hotdogger yet (or so we’ve been told). The costumes, name puns, creative condiment choices (we see you syrup eaters), and overall ~vibes~ were kicked up another notch this year. You slayed bike limbo, got drippy with our 2026 merch, and guzzled down the Hotdogger Lager (v2) brewed by @westcobrewing . It warmed our cold, bureaucratic hearts to see so many smiles, mustard stains, and dirt covered faces out on the course and throughout Dog Plaza from sunrise to sunset and beyond. Thanks to your stoke and support, we raised $23,000 for @copmoba , helping keep sustainable singletrack alive across the Western Slope. 🙌 THE NUMBERS: 🌭 4,875 hotdogs consumed (11.6 per participant) 🌭 457 dogs per hour, one every 7.88 seconds 🌭 2,438 feet of hotdog, end to end 🚵 18,915 miles ridden PODIUM RECAP 🏆 🥇 Six Dogs One Cog - 387 points 🥈 Wurstie Boyz - 356 points 🥉 Rescue Dogs - 352 points Most dogs put down: Glizznational riders - 115 🐕 Women’s division podium: 🥇 Just The Buns - 222 points 🥈 Buns Only, No Weiners - 168 points 🥉 Disco Doggies - 150 points Massive thank you to our volunteers and chefs, the true unsung heroes of this whole operation, the artist behind our merch and brand @evan.weselmann, to our vendors and donating sponsors and to our photographer @theyounghump and his crew (@kaytii @tyler.v.h @michaelmyers_uf) for braving the chaos to capture it all. There is something pretty incredible about what happens when passionate people come together. The Hotdogger Race was such a great reminder that one person’s passion can turn into something that brings an entire community together. Huge thank you to the @hotdogger.mtb race creators for putting on an awesome event and pouring so much time, energy, and heart into making it happen. Your passion is contagious! And to the incredible COPMOBA members who raced, volunteered, helped, cheered, hauled, organized, and jumped in wherever needed — THANK YOU! I couldn’t do this without you. Seeing our members out there representing COPMOBA and supporting the cycling community makes me incredibly proud.
