150 x 3, 145 x 5 so annoyed I didnt hit 6. I did do a set of 135 for 6. Trying out this elbow sleeve from Walgreens, the compression is equal to a long sleeve shirt 😆 🤣 surprisely this went well for being fasted #fitover40 #roadto50 by @copowerlifter

155 x 1 which I'm sure I could've tripled. My other sets were good but this one flew and I think its because this was my only spot; sometimes we just need someone present to feel stronger and give us courage to stand in the fire. #roadto50 #fitover40 #bench by @copowerlifter

Squats when your mentally drained is brutal. I didnt fall asleep until 6am then was up at 930. I'm too tired to be happy that I showed up and was patience with myself. I did work up to 185 for 4 which is good since my back has been kicking my butt. When life gets heavy just make the weights heavier. Trust the process. #grace #showedup #tougher #fitover40 #roadto50 by @copowerlifter
