EXCITED TO ANNOUNCE REV CYCLE ONLINE IS LIVE! Our video library of on-demand cycling classes can be accessed from the link in my bio!

Thank you for your patience as we smooth out a few things and continue to add workouts that will include pilates, stretching, and more over the next few months!

Six months without Mudge doesn’t make sense. I don’t have my sunshine hiking buddy. I can’t make him rest in shade spots anymore. He’s not here to mess up the covers at bedtime. Coming back to our apartment w out him looking out the front window, waiting for me to walk up the stairs just feels wrong.

I know there is so much pain and suffering in the world and I’ve hesitated to even post bc I know this is nothing by comparison. My heart hurts for everyone going through their own struggles no matter the size since every day is hard right now.

I’m learning a lot about grief. And I just miss my pup. Rest in peace, sweet Moo. ❤️ taken in Los Angeles, California by @coppertonedkat

I’m sad to say, February will be my last month coaching at Yesoul. The company has decided to end filming in the US. This comes as a shock to our entire team in LA.

To all of my riders, thank you for your support and making the past 2 years such an incredible journey. Thank you for putting up with my puns, silly costumes, and never ending sprints. You have made me a better teacher. I’m grateful to have gotten to know so many amazing students and make friends from all over the world!

In the meantime, I’m working with Coach @mchasemccown @revcycle on finding a new way to keep cycling online. Thank you for your continued support and stay tuned for updates.

Thank you @theobanoth for making this beautiful portrait of our happy, baby-dinosaur-deer-mouse-goof-troop-dobkins-puppy boy and capturing his goodness. Even though I can’t look at it without crying, it brings joy in remembering him at his happiest and is such a special gift.

Thank you to everyone who has been supportive over the past couple of weeks. I’m sorry I haven’t been able to respond or properly thank a lot of friends and family, so your understanding and patience have been appreciated. The flowers, gifts, and kind messages have meant so much during a dark time ❤️

It is a reckless thing to love an animal in all the different ways that they can show you how.

Their capacity for love – to find it, to hold it, to kindle and reflect it is so far beyond ours that you will get lost in it. They will lead you into a dream world that you have no chance of finding your way back from. But it’s alright because you would never want to find your way back from this perfect space that they’ve shown you where you can be together. At the center of that place is a impossible truth: “Every day with me, Dad, will be better than any day without me.”

Because he could love better and more completely than we can, Mudge would have stayed with us long past the point where his little body could have withstood his cancer. So on Saturday, October 18th we whispered into his big velveteen ears that it was OK for him to let go. And he did. God bless our beautiful boy, he let go. And we started living in all the days that will be worse because he’s not here.

We loved you as hard as we could, Mudge. But we never could have given you what you gave to us. Goodnight, dear heart. by @coppertonedkat
