It’s finally Spring and that brings a new Butcher Dinner Menu and 2 dinner dates to Conifer Ranch Colorado! Marble & Marrow and Cora The Butcher are teaming up once again to provide the next season of dinners from their Fundraiser series. With the “Spring into Flavor”, menu we’ll be waking up our pallets and welcoming the amazing spring produce. This menu will show case the great produce that has such a short season at the beginning of each growing year, as well as how to pair that with hardy winter foods. As we all know, spring in Colorado is really just second Winter, we want to still be warm and full from our meals, while introducing fresh and bright produce back to our diets. Take a peak at the menu graphic for full meal details. Some of you may already know, but Cora has been selected to compete with Team USA at The World Butcher Challenge in Paris, France in March 2025! This is the Olympics of Meat with teams of talented butchers from all over the world competing for the Champion Title! The U.S. Team is managed by the Butchers of America, a 501c3 non-profit dedicated to educating and connecting butcher’s from across the nation to preserve the craft and improve the overall meat industry. Each Team member needs to raise funds to cover the costs of uniforms, equipment, and travel to Paris and the training and practices before the big event. This dinner will be graciously hosted at the beautiful Conifer Ranch Colorado Events Venue – only 30 seats are available per dinner, grab your tickets quick before they are sold out! The Spring into Flavor Menu will be available on two dates, March 21, 2024 and May 30, 2024.
