Strength starts with connection. To your breath. Your deep core. Your pelvic floor. Your body today. Core Within is about more than getting stronger. It is about learning how your breath, deep core and pelvic floor work together, then carrying that connection into movement and progressive full-body strength. We start with breath, pelvic floor and deep core. Then we build progressive, full-body strength you can trust. Small groups. Individual coaching. Options for every movement. No pushing through. No pressure to keep up. No perfect conditions required. Come as you are. We will meet you there. Head to our next pinned post to find the class that is right for you, or visit the website in our bio to learn more and book. #CoreWithin #PrenatalFitnessDubai #PostnatalFitnessDubai #DubaiMums JumeirahGolfEstate by @core.within

Meet Jen and Stephanie, the co-founders and coaches behind Core Within. We created Core Within to help women build strength from within through pregnancy, postnatal recovery, motherhood and every season after. Our approach is breath-led, compassionate and progressive. We begin with the foundations: breath, deep core, pelvic floor and movement quality. From there, we build strength you can trust - strength that supports you when lifting your child, returning to sport or simply moving through your day feeling steady, capable and at home in your body. Jen has been coaching women since 2013 and brings specialist knowledge across pre and postnatal strength, core recovery, diastasis recti and breathing mechanics. Her qualifications include: CES Core Exercise Specialist, Certified Trainer for Diastasis Recti and the Postpartum Core, Oxygen Advantage Certified Instructor and is a SOMA Breathwork Instructor in Training Stephanie is a qualified personal trainer and pre and postnatal specialist. Her coaching is shaped by her background as a competitive athlete and her own experience of pregnancy, postnatal recovery and motherhood. She helps women build confidence, resilience and trust in their bodies through thoughtful, progressive strength training. Together, we coach with compassion and deep respect for the body you are in today. That means quality over quantity, exhaling on effort, options for every body and no pressure to keep up. It may also mean holding a baby, adapting the plan, laughing between sets or reminding you that rest counts. Move with intention. Rebuild with care. Feel steady, capable and at home in your body again. Come as you are. We’ll meet you there. Our small-group classes are capped at eight women and take place at Jumeirah Golf Estates. We also offer private personal training with Jen and Stephanie. We’re thinking beyond JGE… 👀🤍 We’d love to bring Core Within to more neighbourhoods, and we want to hear where classes would fit into your week. The Palm? Dubai Marina? Downtown? City Walk? Somewhere we haven’t mentioned? Tell us your area AND the class you’d come for: 🤍 Strong Mama Pregnancy 🤍 Strong Mama & Baby 🤍 Strong Mama Lifts 🤍 Core Restore “Marina, Mama & Baby” is all we need to get the conversation started. Nothing is confirmed yet. We’re exploring what comes next, and knowing where you’d actually join us will help us plan. Where should we bring Core Within next? Tell us below, and tag a friend you’d bring along. #dubaimums #pregnancyfitness #mumandbabyfitness #dubaifitness by @core.within

You’ve made it out of the house. You’ve brought the baby. And halfway through your set, someone needs a cuddle. There’s room for that here. In Strong Mama & Baby, pauses for feeding, settling and cuddles are part of class life. Put the weights down when you need to. Take a moment. Come back to the movement when you’re ready. Alongside it all, there’s coached strength work, options and time to focus on yourself. Wondering whether this is the class for you? Message us to ask about joining Block 2. #CoreWithin #PrenatalFitnessDubai #PostnatalFitnessDubai #DubaiMums by @core.within

A little update to Block 2, including something new 💪🏼🤍 We’re adding another way to train through pregnancy, and a dedicated hour for mamas who are ready to lift. Here’s what’s changing: 🤍 Strong Mama Pregnancy We’re adding an extra class on Wednesdays at 10am, with coached strength training and support through pregnancy. 💪🏼 Introducing Strong Mama Lifts Built From Within. A new Thursday morning strength class in our garage gym, with a maximum of 4 mamas per group. No babies or prams to keep an eye on. This hour is just for you. Over six weeks, we’ll work on squats, deadlifts, presses and pulls, starting with breathing, bracing and learning the movements. You’ll build strength at your own pace, with weights that suit you and plenty of individual coaching. No lifting experience needed. 22 October to 26 November The Garage, Lime Tree Valley, JGE AED 900 for the six-week block Core Restore won’t be running during Block 2. If you were planning to join, please message us so we can chat about the support you’re looking for. Interested in the additional pregnancy class or Strong Mama Lifts? DM us and we’ll help you find your starting point 🤍 by @core.within
Real motherhood. Real strength training. Very real interruptions. 😂 That is pretty much Strong Mama & Baby in one sentence. You might get through your whole set uninterrupted. You might also stop halfway because someone needs feeding, cuddling, changing, entertaining or simply decides the mat is no longer acceptable. Both count. Because this class was built around real life with a baby. You still get proper, progressive strength training. We squat. We hinge. We press. We pull. We carry. We also work on your breath, deep core and pelvic floor, and give you options that meet your body where it is today. And somewhere between the weights, babies and slightly unpredictable class plans, something else happens too. Mamas start talking. Babies start recognising the room. Friendships start forming. It becomes more than just an hour of exercise. Strong Mama & Baby Wednesdays at 11am Saturdays at 9am Jumeirah Golf Estates Block 2 starts Wednesday, October 21 and spaces are limited to 8 mamas per class. Want to join us? DM or WhatsApp us to secure your Block 2 spot. 🤍 #CoreWithin #StrongMamaAndBaby #DubaiMums #PostnatalFitnessDubai #JumeirahGolfEstates by @core.within
