Things you wish you would’ve really listened to….

The importance of movement and lifting weights. This is something I did consistently in my teens, 20s and 30s. Then when it mattered the most, I left life push it to the bottom of the to do list.

Now everything feels so much harder to get back to baseline.

Don’t be like me.

Get up, move, lift.

Can you clearly tell someone what it’s like to live your life?

My kids are my best teachers. I learn so much about myself having conversations with them.

My son is a deep thinker and always asks the best questions.

Still feeling inspired from my time in NYC at ChiefX! 💚

There’s something special about being in a room with over 1,000 incredible women, having real conversations, making new connections, sharing experiences, and reminding each other of what’s possible.

This year’s theme was wealth and power, and I left with so much to think about. Some great insights from the stage, some even better conversations in between, and a whole lot of inspiration to carry forward.

One of my favorite things about being part of the Chief community is getting to connect with women who are doing amazing things while also figuring out what’s next for themselves. There’s so much power in that kind of community.

And of course, these experiences are even better when I get to share them with my bestie @kgongora ❤️

What a day! @tedxbuckheadave Women was such a vibe. We had a sold out show, amazing audience, so many good nuggets and takeaways.

I love this work. Stepping on that red dot is a different experience and I am honored to help these speakers deliver the best talks they can.

Last night was rehearsal for TEDx BuckheadAve happening this Saturday at MODEx Studio.

The work these speakers have put in to be ready to share their big idea on that red dot is inspiring.

I love being a part of their journey and helping them get their talks ready for the stage.

So many talks to make think, feel, learn and grow.

I love that I get to do this work.
