A little update from behind the chair 🤎

I’ve made the decision to take a step back from accepting new color services for the time being, and to focus solely on what I love just as much — haircuts + styling + extentions and treatments.

This was a decision that felt right for me and for the direction I’m growing in, and I’m genuinely excited for this next chapter.

For my new clients who are looking for color services, I’ll be referring you to some of the incredibly talented stylists I’m lucky enough to work alongside. I’m excited to collaborate with them and make sure you’re still receiving the beautiful, thoughtful results you deserve. 🤎

Our treatment menu is numbered 1–4, with each option at a different price point. When booking, simply choose the highest treatment level that fits comfortably within your budget.

From there, I’ll determine which treatment within that price range will be the best fit for your hair’s current condition and needs.

Think of it as:
You choose the budget → I choose the treatment. ✨

This keeps booking simple while still allowing me to personalize your service based on what your hair actually needs.

Let’s talk about the “haircut scam” 👀✂️

One of the biggest hair myths I hear is that stylists tell you to trim your hair more often just to make you come back — or that cutting your hair will somehow stop it from growing.

Here’s the truth: your hair grows from the root, not the ends. A haircut doesn’t make it grow faster… but it can help you retain the length you’re growing.

Once a split end forms, it can continue splitting further up the hair shaft. Over time, that can mean more breakage, thinner/see-through ends, and an overall less full look.

So if your goal is long, healthy, full hair, trims aren’t about taking away your progress. They’re about protecting it. 🤍

A good general guideline is every 6–12 weeks, but your ideal schedule depends on your hair, your goals, and how much wear and tear your ends experience.

Healthy ends = less breakage = more length retained.

Save this for your next “do I really need a trim?” moment. 🫶🏼

🎃 Pumpkin season is right around the corner… and your hair can be excited too. 🍂

As we head into a colder months , I’m always a fan of finding simple ways to support healthy hair from the inside out. Pumpkins (and especially pumpkin seeds) are packed with nutrients that can contribute to healthy hair, including zinc, iron, beta-carotene, protein, magnesium + healthy fats. ✨

And while natural or homeopathic remedies can be a helpful addition to your hair-care routine, I think it’s important to be honest about what they can—and can’t—do.

🌱 Natural doesn’t automatically mean dramatic.
These ingredients can support your hair and scalp, but they aren’t guaranteed hair-growth treatments. Pumpkin seed oil, for example, has some promising early research behind it, but the evidence is still limited. Your overall nutrition, genetics, hormones, scalp health, and hair-care habits all play a much bigger role in your results.

Think of it as supporting the environment for healthy hair—not a miracle cure. 🤎

So grab the pumpkin spice, roast those pepitas, and welcome the season with a little extra love for your hair. 🍁🎃
