The truth is, a lot of people had to fight for their lives just to exist in this reality, long before they even had the language to understand what they were fighting against. Not metaphorically, but in ways that began before birth: In the womb, in the nervous system, in the earliest conditions of their own existence.

Some people learned survival before they ever touched safety. Their bodies adapted long before they had the words to understand why.

Six years ago, I began to understand why I had been bracing against people who were only trying to keep me safe.

Ongoing field research and a deeper exploration of energy medicine revealed something profound about why people remain stuck on the mental plane, endlessly trying to understand what happened, searching for answers while their bodies remain frozen in time.

It didn’t matter whether it was the child abandoned in a shoebox, the girl who was adopted, the Navy SEAL, the firefighter, the war veteran, or the artist. Different circumstances, different stories, yet the same root wound.

Healing pre-natal trauma isn’t always about finding answers. It’s about allowing the body to shake, to tremble, to release what words could never express.

It’s about feeling, about allowing,
about learning to let go
to remind yourself
that it is all okay

Having trust in the divine is the willingness to soften into the unknown, to listen rather than force, to allow rather than control. Feminine energy moves in waves, in cycles, in a quiet knowing that you are already where you need to be.

It can feel terrifying at first. Every fiber of your being might resist, searching for something to hold on to, something to make sense of, something to guarantee that you’ll be okay.

But trust isn’t about knowing how everything will unfold. It’s about learning to take one step at a time, even when the path ahead is unclear. It’s about allowing your body to co-regulate in the presence of one another. It’s about softening your grip, quieting the need to control, and allowing life to meet you where you are. by @coreofkaro

I love when people say i’m dangerous.

Just because theres a scorpio stellium in my chart doesn’t necessarily mean, that i am dangerous.

Scorpios are just loyal to themselves enough to let compassion die on the stake when survival demands it.

And for God’s sake, that isn’t aggression. It’s protection.

What people call ā€œintenseā€ is often just someone finally being taken seriously. Someone’s words taken at face value, their boundaries believed, their truth not softened, translated, or explained away for the first time in their life.

I wouldn’t even call it intense. It’s just brutally honest.
It’s clarity in motion.
But clarity feels threatening to people who are accustomed to ambiguity.

People who thrive in the space between what they say and what they mean can find directness confrontational. Not because it is aggressive, but because there is suddenly nowhere left to hide, no room to reinterpret, backtrack, or pretend they meant something else.

Clarity, in that regard, is safety.

Clarity about where you stand, what was said, what was meant and what happens next.

So if you ever feel threatened by a Scorpio, dig a little deeper and ask yourself why.

Because most of us don’t actually seek revenge. We don’t need to.

We just make sure you remember. by @coreofkaro

Apparently, confusing people so much, they accidentally start using their own brains.

i love when my friends just join my stupid sidequests just to see what happens

the ones who don’t second guess when i come up with random ideas of ā€žletā€˜s see how far we can goā€œ

the ones that don’t complain when a little walk turns into 10 km later..

my toxic trait is bonding with people just when they are about to say their goodbyeā€˜s

missing these two a little extra today

some people just get it

happy place

letā€˜s call it character development by @coreofkaro

Find me where there is no pushing, no pulling. Nothing to hold onto. Nothing to fight against.

Just the stillness that arrives when you stop resisting where you are.

i didn’t leave because i stopped loving.
i left because the love i had to give
was becoming bigger than the space between us.

it was never meant to be hidden inside this human heart.it was meant to move.
to be experienced. to be felt.
to spill beyond the edges of me and into the world.

i think sometimes we mistake love for holding.
as if loving someone means finding a way to keep them close enough that they never have the chance
to become someone you can no longer reach.

but the day i left, there was no fight.
quite the opposite. he looked at me and said ā€œi love you, but i know i can’t cage you. when you showed me one thing through our time together, it is that you are a free bird. so go out there and experience the world.ā€

being loved like that made leaving feel less like an ending and more like being released.

there was no punishment. no bargaining. no making each other wrong for wanting something different.

just two people standing inside the truth of what their love had become. something bigger than both of us could hold.

i wish everyone could experience
a peaceful transit like that.

the kind where nobody has to become the villain for a chapter to end. where love can exist without ownership.

where you can look at someone
and say, i love you enough to let you go.

because unconditional love is not always about staying just to celebrate our golden era.

sometimes it is the willingness to open your hands and trust that what is meant to live will keep moving.

cause water was never meant to be caged.

it moves. it expands.
it finds its way around whatever tries to contain it.

and somewhere between the ocean and the shore,
there is a place where you don’t have to swim and i don’t have to sink.

the in between.
where nothing is asking us to be anything
other than here.

What if, instead of asking your body to stop moving, we gave it the time and space it needs to settle - whenever, and wherever, it feels safe enough to soften?

I’m a big believer that when love is real, there is little to no discussion about what is needed. It is simply being met, without hesitation.

Because when love is pure, when there is a meeting in presence, without projection, without trauma, there is nothing left but two people simply meeting in the middle of each other.

On neutral ground, where neither of us is pulling, pushing, projecting, or anticipating.

A place where the energy is clear.

Where I don’t have to reach for you, and you don’t have to chase me. Where connection is not created by effort, but revealed through presence.

From there, we can meet.
In the middle.

Kizomba is such a beautiful embodiment of that.
If the lead signals ambiguity, the follower gets confused, and the leader gets frustrated wondering why she can’t read his signals… well, because you are making me read your signs. Signs obvious enough for you, signs that I don’t understand.

The question was never about being understood.
It was about the willingness to learn.
About the willingness to meet in the middle.

And yet, always return to your own center.

Because if you lean in too much, you merge.
The dance becomes invisible. There is no such thing as you and I anymore. We are just one. Invisible movement to the outside. A whole universe within.

Only the ones who have tried know that feeling.
To the ones who haven’t: You are really missing out.

The magic of melting. Of flow. Of mellow.
@natalia.d.29 x @albirrojas

And as beautiful as it is to disappear into each other, there is something equally beautiful about holding and standing your own ground. About keeping your spine straight.

Twisting and turning.
Taking up space.

Just to get a clear signal.

about who I am.
who are you
and what are we

becoming by @coreofkaro

Not everyone is going to be everything to you.

And the sooner you stop demanding that they be,
the more life you get back.

Your mother didn’t nurture you the way you needed?
Go find nourishment elsewhere.

Your brother didn’t protect you?
Learn to protect yourself.

Someone can’t hold you emotionally?
Let your friends hold you. Let your community hold you. Learn to hold yourself.

One person’s inability to give you something does not mean that thing is unavailable to you.

It’s kinda funny to think about how often we keep staring at the empty cup in front of us, waiting for the person who left it empty to finally fill it all the way up.

As if life isn’t offering us water everywhere else.

Through friendships.
Through strangers.
Through art.
Through nature.

It’s probably pretty tough to swallow, but no human being will ever meet 100% of your needs.

That isn’t a failure of love.
That is reality.

Intimacy was never meant to mean one person becomes your entire ecosystem.

Different encounters give us access to different versions of ourselves.

And once a human being starts to understand how individually perfect that actually is, the rat race starts to lose its grip. The competition softens. People begin to slow down.

To breathe.
To come alive again.
Just to realize:

You don’t need every person to show up correctly
to start receiving what is already here. by @coreofkaro
