NEW (ISH) INSTRUCTOR ALERT: Meet Emily Lunoe! ✨

Okay, she’s not technically new around here — Emily has taught yoga at CORE in the past! Now she’s back, bringing her expertise in yoga, mat Pilates & reformer Pilates to the studio. We’re so excited to have her back! 💕

To celebrate, we’re offering FREE Mat Pilates East/West classes on the following dates! 🤍

📅 Thursday, October 22
⏰ 6:30 AM | 8:30 AM | 5:30 PM

📅 Thursday, October 29
⏰ 6:30 AM | 8:30 AM | 5:30 PM

✨ MAT PILATES EAST/WEST

Classic mat Pilates meets deep tissue release and juicy, yoga-inspired stretches. We’ll fire up your core, then dive into a targeted area of focus—shoulders, back, or hips—using props and mindful movement to release tension and restore mobility.

Expect a delicious blend of strength, stretch & release, leaving you feeling open, supple, and strong. 🐆 Think: a true supple leopard.

💫 FREE classes. All levels welcome. Come move, stretch, and meet Emily!

Save your spot and join us on the mat! 🤍 taken in Core Pilates Alaska by @corepilatesalaska

🩷 THINK PINK at Core Pilates! 🩷

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and we’re wearing pink to show our support!

Did you know? 1 in 8 women in the U.S. will develop breast cancer in their lifetime. Early detection matters, and awareness is the first step.

Join us for our participating Think Pink classes throughout October 19-24! Wear pink to class and you’ll be entered into a drawing to WIN a pair of grip socks at the end of each class! 🎀

Let’s move with purpose, celebrate strength, and support everyone whose life has been touched by breast cancer. taken in Core Pilates Alaska by @corepilatesalaska

@akwildlife’s Annual Ruts for Dinner event is this Saturday, October 3. 🫎🐻🦅

As some of you know, Melissa’s husband, Dylan, serves on the board at AWCC, so this is a cause that’s especially close to us.

Anyone can bid online in the silent auction, and Core Pilates donated a private Pilates class ($300 value) for up to 10 people.

Want to host a private Pilates party for you and your friends at Core? Place a bid, enjoy a fun private class, and support a great cause at the same time! Link is in stories! 🔗 taken in Core Pilates Alaska by @corepilatesalaska
