Training the next generation of Lagree instructors 🔥

Hours on the Mega. Breaking down the method. Practicing transitions. Finding your voice. Cueing, coaching, correcting, and doing it all over again until it clicks.

Instructor training is more than learning the moves—it’s learning how to create the experience. 🤍

Strong bodies. Strong minds.

We are rocking out to all decades of rock music, so wear your favorite rock T shirt, and bring your big hair!! (Or don’t 🤷‍♀️) Either way, I’m making this workout special just for you, so come get your shakes, and sweat it out while we bang our heads at 1pm, October 20th, at CORETHENTIC LAGREE (centennial hills)
