Training smarter, not just harder. 💪 Every workout is only part of the equation, how you recover is just as important. That’s why I’ve been wearing my Luna Ring to keep track of my sleep, recovery, and overall readiness so I can make the most of every session. It’s been a great way to better understand how my body is responding to training and build healthier habits along the way. Thanks to Luna Ring for partnering with me on this one! 🏋️‍♂️✨#LunaRing #Fitness #Recovery #GymLife #Wellness TrainSmart by @corexcellence
A day in the life of a multi-sport athlete 💪🏽 Every workout, every rep, and every recovery session is part of becoming a better athlete. Performance doesn’t just happen during training, it’s built through consistency, proper recovery, and quality sleep. Grateful to be partnered with Odeza Life Science and Aura Nutrascience for helping support my recovery routine with their creatine and sleep recovery supplements. Recover well. Train hard. Repeat. 🤝✨ #MultiSportAthlete #AthleteLife #RecoveryMatters #Creatine #SportsPerforma by @corexcellence
