I left New Orleans with a full heart. Thank you to @tales_of_the_cocktail, @lothomz & the entire TOTC family for trusting us with the opportunity to stand alongside some of the most thoughtful voices in our industry. It was an incredible honor to bring “Resilience in Real Time” to this year’s education lineup..Hospitality has never been just about cocktails. It’s about people..It’s about asking ourselves the uncomfortable questions. Are our businesses creating safety? Are we earning the trust of our neighbors? Are we using our platforms to strengthen the communities that make our businesses possible?.Because if our impact ends at our front door... we’ve missed the point..To everyone who sat with us, shared your stories, challenged one another, and chose to be part of that conversation, thank you. Change doesn’t happen because one person has all the answers. It happens when an entire industry decides we can do better, together..And as someone who is the proud daughter of immigrants, I also want to say this: our industry would not exist without immigrants. Their hands, their sacrifice, their culture, their recipes, their labor, their love, it is woven into every corner of hospitality. We honor this industry by honoring the people who built it..To New Orleans... thank you for wrapping us in your magic. The music, the food, the soul of your city, and every conversation shared with old friends and new, I leave inspired..And if there’s one thing I hope you carry with you, it’s this:Never become the person who thinks they’ve arrived. There are moments that remind you why you fell in love with hospitality in the first place. This was one of them..We’re incredibly honored that @nativohlp was invited to represent alongside seven exceptional bars from across North America for the @teremana Share the Table, Share the Mana dinner. Every cocktail told a piece of Teremana’s story, reimagined through each bartender’s unique perspective, creativity, and craft..A heartfelt THANK YOU to @teremana and @alanruesga for trusting us with a seat at your table. It was an honor to share this experience with our friends at @baltrabar , Suite115, @papercutatx , Bar Bambi, @lafactoriapr , and Meteor, and to our incredible hospitality family who came to celebrate with us..At NATIVO, we’ve always believed that the best cocktails spark something bigger than what’s in the glass—they create connection, community, and moments we’ll never forget.
