Thank you to @unc_medicalbrigade and @globalbrigades for this wonderful experience that many students get to do in other countries and be able to help other countries in need. This was my 5th brigade and I want to thank all the people that went, y’all made this brigade one to remember! To my co-lead @bailey.b.watson thank you for co leading with me 4 brigades, without you they would have not been successful! taken in Guatemala by @cornejo_6068

First and foremost, I give thanks to God, because with Him nothing in this world is impossible. Philippians 4:13 - I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me

I would also like to express my deepest gratitude to the two incredible women in my life, my mother and my sister, who have always been there for me. Your support throughout my four years at Carolina made this journey possible, and I truly could not have done it without you.

To my father, I know you would be proud. Although you were taken from us far too early, I carry your memory with me every day, and I will continue striving to make you proud as I move forward in my career.

To the friends I made along the way, thank you for the unforgettable memories. I will always cherish these moments, and I know these friendships will last a lifetime.

I am honored and grateful to say that I will be graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Bachelor of Arts in Hispanic Studies, with a concentration in medical professions.

Thank you, UNC, for all the memories. And as always—Go Tar Heels!

This past week, I had the pleasure of being in Ghana with a group of amazing people to help two rural communities to get access to free healthcare. This was an amazing experience that I will never forget and will always cherish it. Medaase to @globalbrigades for this experience.
