Part 2⚽️

For almost 20 years, all I dreamed about was becoming a professional footballer.

I trained, competed and built my entire life around that goal. I even received scholarship offers that could have taken me abroad to continue chasing the dream.

But it did not work out the way I imagined.

One part of the struggle was something I did not even understand at the time. I did not find out I was colour blind until I was almost 18.

At higher levels of football, small details matter. Seeing teammates, opponents, cones, bibs, markings and movement quickly can affect how confidently and naturally you perform.

I had no resources explaining how colour blindness could affect a footballer. No guidance on how to adapt. No real awareness from players, parents or coaches.

That is why I put together Colour Blindness in Football.

It helps people understand the hidden struggle colour-blind players can face and gives players, parents and coaches the awareness I wish I had when I was younger.

I also put together The Flow State Footballer.

This book contains everything I wish I had understood about opportunity, pressure, performance and what it really takes to chase professional football in the modern game.

The dream did not work out for me, but the lessons can still help somebody else.

📘 Colour Blindness in Football
Understand the hidden struggle of players, parents and coaches around colour blindness in football.

⚽ The Flow State Footballer
A direct look at opportunity, pressure and the real cost of chasing the football dream.

Both books are available for free in my Instagram highlights.

Good luck and keep moving forward.
