Most programs see a kid once a week. A lot can happen in seven days. A fight at home. Getting dumped. Making the team and carrying it by yourself. That is why we built the check-in. Every day, three questions. What are you feeling? Why are you feeling it? What can you do about it? Kids learn to read themselves. Teachers see the shift before it becomes a problem. Catch it before the crisis. The check-in is free. Link in bio. by @cornelius_mosby
Most of us donā€™t know what weā€™re feeling until after we already reacted. And thatā€™s way too late. 30 seconds. Notice it first. Do it every day and you start catching yourself before the moment. Itā€™s like the gym, but for your emotions. Free 30-second check-in. Link in bio. Check in with yourself. Before life checks you. by @cornelius_mosby
Morning check-in. Before you answer anybody, before you chase anything, check in with yourself first. One word for what you actually feel right now. Chicago Check-In is open. Free.
