The softer, the better ☁️

This is by far one of our favorite lighting setups when we want the cleanest light across the skin.

For this setup, we’re firing two 300w strobes at half power through a 1 stop diffusion scrim, creating one large, soft light source above and in front of the model.

We added a silver clamshell reflector to bounce light back into the shadows and keep the area underneath the chin and eyes nice and even.

Simple setup. Challenging to master. Beautifully soft results.

📸 Shot on
Fujifilm X-H2

Would you try this setup? 👀

Only the good things. 🌎💚

With so much negativity in the world, we seek what brings us comfort and guides us toward a brighter tomorrow. Resisting hatred and leaning into love is an act of strength. Together, we can plant seeds of positivity that grow far beyond us. 🌱
