Minis are back….. and so am I! It’s been a while since i could focus properly on this space. Summer hols, big kids (adults) coming and going and a little puppy all keeping me distracted. But i have a new style to share with you… and I called her Suki like my new dog baby, she’s a little twisty turny hoop that goes great in second piercings… or just if you like something a little small and understated. As always made in 100% sterling silver, and you can have her naked or gold plated. Live on the website now, along with the mini flow. Minis are back….. and so am I! Have just been away in Sweden visiting Stockholm for the first time and we got to have the most amazing island get away in the Stockholm archipelago. So beautiful. Living our best Moomin lives. 💕 We had some lucky home exchanges and got to see a lot of beautiful Swedish red houses… exactly like I imagined. My only regret is I have come back without a single basket and there were some truly beautiful ones 😍. by @corrie__williamson

Every June I make this cake to celebrate our wedding anniversary. My mum made it to serve at our wedding (you can see her hand written recipe she writes out for me has been well used!) and it’s one of the most delicious cakes ever. I love this little tradition and I want to share the recipe with you as it’s such a good one, the cake is delicious every time, I serve as a pudding with fruit and crème fraiche . The only part that’s a tiny bit of a hassle is boiling the orange for an hour but if you get into this cake you could boil two oranges at a time and save one to make a second cake or even freeze one. I always do two at a time as this doesn’t last long in our house. You can see there is no butter or oil but using the whole orange makes it the best texture, so moist. Can also be made gluten free really easily. Ingredients 1 whole orange (large) 3 eggs 1 cup sugar 1 tsp baking powder 2 cups ground almonds 1/4 cup plain flour Wash orange, pierce with skewer several times, completely cover with water in a pan and bring to the boil. Lower heat and simmer for 1 hour, drain and cool. Oven at 180degrees C Line a 20cm cake tin Cut orange in half and remove pips then blend whole thing including rind to a smooth purée. In your mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar together till fully combined, fold in almonds, baking powder,flour and lastly puree, then pour into your tin. Cook for 50 minutes and check a skewer comes out clean, may need an hour, cool in the tin for 10 minutes and turn out, peel off paper and enjoy! Let me know if you make it 💕 by @corrie__williamson
