I am excited to announce my Thai cookbook has been published in English and ready to buy.
Link in bio.
Or go to …
https://saltandspice.lu/book-page

The book contains 74 recipes!
Swipe left to read the index page.
Designed with the local European market in mind, making the recipes easy to understand for the beginner cook and yet engaging enough for the more experienced hands, keeping as true to the original recipe as possible using local substitutions where needed, while honoring the Thai spirit.

After many years of researching and collecting Thai recipes, studying and receiving my Diploma as Professional Thai Cuisine Chef, and 6 months of work to put the book together, it was finally time to go to print.
.
These are some of the recipes I teach in my Thai cooking classes.

A stock made from galangal, lemongrass, coriander root, garlic, chili, spring onion roots, kaffir lime leaves, white peppercorns, soy sauce, fish sauce, a little palm sugar to taste.
Add flat green beans cut on a sharp diagonal, and fish.
Rehydrate some vermicelli noodles in boiling water in the meantime, and drain well.
Add everything to a bowl and garnish with roasted sesame oil, coriander leaves, and lime juice to taste.
And always chili crisp oil on the side!!

I’m not kidding when I say my smile muscles hurt the day after leading one of my cooking events.
.
This Amazon Team was so lovely!
They chose the Thai green curry menu with a cooling Thai cucumber and peanut salad.
.
Send me an obligation free DM and I’ll give you some information on how your team can benefit from choosing a culinary experience in Luxembourg too.

Breakfast on my terrace.
When you have a craving and you have the ingredients in the fridge!
These have a crispy bottom from frying in a spritz of oil with ginger and covered with a lid to steam the tops, and then topped with a drizzle of sesame oil and a little Maggi (you can use soy sauce).
Oh, and chili crisp…of course!!!

Please excuse my favorite scratched plate…it has done a lot of miles.
Anyone want to buy me a new one 😜🍲

I gave AI six of my favorite mood board pictures and asked it to create an image of my market stall.
You need to show a representation of what you are offering to the Luxembourg city market appraisers.
Your stall must meet certain requirements and standards that benefit the local communities, not just your own pocket.

It is evaluated according to the following selection criteria and weighting:

attractiveness of the proposed products in terms of presentation, originality, or theme (30%)

aesthetics of the proposed sales stand (30%)

relevance of the stand and/or products offered to the event (20%)

etc.

Do you think I’ll have a chance to get in? 🙏🏻

What are your suggestions?
Would you stop by and have a look at it?
