Fall is a time for introspection. As the leaves fall off the trees, preparing for winter, so do we humans also feel this shift in nature. There is a unique quality that arises during this darker time of the year. What are we ready to let go of, to step into the fullest expression of ourselves?

This is your time to let go of the limiting beliefs that have been holding you back. A time to deepen your connection with Self. Learning to master your energy and stepping into your highest potential.

If you are curious, open and ready, this will be a journey of transformation and liberation.

With Love,

Welcome to our first Yoga retreat in @arcticnuvsvag
Here, we’ll teach Sattva Yoga Journeys and meditation originating from the Himalayan tradition mixed with our own learnings from dancing down the mountains on our skis and snowboards. By honoring our lands and traditions of the North, together with the teachings from the Himalayas, we inspire to evolve and expand in Unity. Our intention is to bring clarity, and guide you to your own truth - your innate being. This enables us to be ourselves with complete confidence and love. In our classes we will be using meditation, asanas, mantra, pranayama and kriya. A practice that leads to expansion, evolution and liberation. In this we are, on all levels, preparing for transformation and enabling access to more of the infinite intelligence. If you are curious to dive deeper into your true Self and strengthen physically, mentally and spiritually - come join us💜

We have 2 spots left so we are offering a late bird price, 3000 NOK
Thursday 27th- Sunday 30th of June
Location @arcticnuvsvag Norway
DM for any questions and booking

We will be all in for you.
