This season has given me a whole new appreciation for my body, what it’s capable of, and the strength I’ve built along the way.

For the past year, I’ve taught women to celebrate what their bodies can do. Now, more than ever, I’m learning to do the same for mine.

And getting to do it all with my little girl along for the ride? Something I’ll cherish forever. 🩷

Jazzercise’s newest (and tiniest) member isn’t even here yet, and she’s already SO loved! 🥹🎀 Eleanor is one lucky little girl to grow up surrounded by such a wonderful village of strong women! 💪 taken in Jazzercise Waxahachie by @cortlynmariahsmith

Happy anniversary to the man who, when I said, “I want to open a Jazzercise studio,” never questioned it, never told me it was too much, and never once made me feel like my dreams were too big. You just said, “Let’s do it.” 🤍

To the best dad to our cats, our dog, and our little girl on the way. 🎀

And, of course, to the cutest golfer on the course… even if I still don’t understand why 18 holes takes THAT long. 😂⛳️

There’s no one else I’d rather build a life, a family, & all our dreams with!

Happy anniversary to my favorite human. I love you! 🤍 by @cortlynmariahsmith
