Eternally Grateful for the invitation to play alongside this amazing section of percussionists with the @okc_phil ! It is pretty surreal to do the thing I have been training to do for almost a decade.

I only had a small part in the epic work that is Rhespigi's "Feste romane", but I felt an immense rush of pride and joy that makes me excited for the next one.

Tonight at 6 in the BMC's Large Rehearsal Hall! Dr. Tommy Dobbs joins forces with fellow faculty, friends, students and alumni of our OCU Percussion Studio to present an Evening of 21st Music!

The fundraising concert benefitting The Homeless Alliance and Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma @rfbo , is dedicated to Dobbs' mentor, Charlotte Mabrey (1952-2025). Admission is free.

- Prelude, "Le tombeau de Couperin" by Maurice Ravel, arranged by The Frozen Earth Duo, performed by Michael Corts, marimba;
