Every time we’re invited back to work with the newest class of police cadets, we’re reminded of what an incredible responsibility and privilege it is.
A huge thank you to our local police departments for continuing to trust us with helping prepare the next generation of law enforcement officers. It’s always an honor to spend time on the mats teaching practical control, grappling, and defensive tactics that can help officers safely resolve difficult situations.
What stood out most wasn’t just the hard work. It was seeing so many young men and women step forward with a genuine desire to serve their communities. In a profession that often faces criticism, it’s encouraging to see a new generation willing to answer the call and dedicate themselves to protecting others.
