Our Jackie Boy is ONE!!! My baby boy. My son. I love him in a way I didn’t know was possible. My heart expanded twice its size when he entered our lives. When I think about our year, I get emotional. It’s been a roller coaster, and he’s been a healing balm to many. Jack was the chillest newborn, and is now a very active one year old. He loves to play, explore, climb, tease, wrestle, chase, read books, steal my straws, eat steak, and snuggle. He’s all boy and keeps us on our toes at all times, which is so funny to see in contrast to our girly girl. Eva and him have the sweetest relationship. Jack cries when she cries and laughs when she laughs. No one can cheer him up like Eva can.

Turning one is bittersweet, but I am so grateful for my little son. Our lives are infinitely better with him and he has brought so much light and laughter into our home. Happy Birthday sweet little Jack Alden! ☀️ by @coryacooper

Had the most magical Wicked birthday for my Wicked obsessed four year old!!! I was telling her I was sad that she was getting older and she said, “Don’t be sad! I’ll always be your baby girl.”

Eva is passionate, she loves her people fiercely, she has the biggest imagination, she can play with her toys for literal hours, she’s deeply empathetic, her family are her favorite people, she’s dressed to the nines by 8:00 in the morning, and she fills our home with dramatic singing and dancing. My tiny bestie that asks to snuggle and “talk about things we want to buy.” I could go on forever about my sweet, effervescent, dynamic girlie. She’s the love of my life and Jack’s favorite person. Meet our tiny prince, Jack Alden Cooper 🤍 He entered the world early Saturday morning, weighing in at 5 lbs 10 oz and 20” long.

His name is so special to us - Jack after his mama and Alden after his dad. He already has such a tender, gentle, and calm disposition. My heart is so full it could burst! by @coryacooper

Will be riding this high for the next 10 years! My besties threw me the most beautiful, stunning shower. Every detail was perfection. Crazy to think how 4 years ago we moved to Arizona and didn’t know anyone. Now, we have the most amazing group of friends that have become family.

Only a few more months until our family grows and I’m emotional letting this time with just my baby girl go. I’m stuck somewhere in between excitement for everything to come but yearning for time to stand still. These past 3.5 years with just Eva have been the best years of my life. She makes the mundane magical. Every day becomes more meaningful. She reminds me to be patient, to enjoy the little moments, to slow down and smell the flowers. Being her parent is the greatest gift God has ever given me and the greatest reminder that while time is fleeting and memories might fade, the feelings of these 3.5 years will stay in my heart forever. by @coryacooper
