This one hits really hard. Not sure I could name another artist that has had more of an impact on me than @dollyparton . Her music was the soundtrack to so much of my life. From my mom playing her albums when I was just a baby to hearing her sing Rocky Top during my time at University of Tennessee.

It was never just the music though. It was her heart. The way she gave and never made it about herself. The way she made you feel like you mattered. She taught me you can be both soft and unbreakable. That you can climb all the way to the top and never let it change the goodness in you.

Rest easy, Dolly. Thank you for the songs, the wisdom, and the light you gave so freely. I will carry it with me always. 🦋 by @coryblackledge
