HAPPY ANNIVERSARY TO OUR CREW!
Cory, the founder and principal Architectural Designer, has been in business for 25, almost 26, years and has managed to come across some great employees! Lacey, our office manager, has been here for 5 years! Then we have our Assistant Architectural Designers: Wes has been here for 4 years and Mary has been here for 3! Next up, our social media coordinator, Halle has been working for us for 2 years. Last but not least, Ben, also an Architectural Designer, has been here for 2 years! A big thank you to our team!

This office we built at #SunnyInScottsdale has some incredible features including a full lounge area, bar, patio deck and a private bathroom with beautiful tile & patterns 😍

@corydesign absolutely knocked it out of the park with the interior design and architecture on this project

What's your favorite part of this man cave? Comment below! 👇🏻

Welcome back to our #NewHeights project👋

We love to share drone on our platform because you get to see the houses we design from a different perspective, and can admire the details in a different way. Thanks to @arizonacustomhomes for making it easy to show off our hard work!

Coming soon. A preview of some of the projects currently in development, where we take a step back to really refine and perfect the clients wants, creating a home that feels both intentional and timeless. We’re excited to watch these concepts move from renderings to reality.

Our #SunnyinScottsdale project came out so nicely with @corydesign at the helm of design and architecture!

Here's a little mini tour of the home we built! There used to be a home here that was torn down and a new home and pool were built in its place!

Let us know your favorite feature! Mine personally...the bathroom (wait till the end)

We love receiving positive comments like this one and being recognized for all the hard work and dedication given to our clients. As mentioned, we have had the opportunity to design many homes for this client and have become good friends throughout the processes. We appreciate our clients recognition of our attention to detail and the standards we hold ourselves and our work to.

Thank you for having the confidence and trust in us to bring your visions to life. It has been a great privilege to work with this client and many others. The memories created are priceless, and we are beyond grateful for the opportunity to bring happiness to our clients.

How many architectural designers do you know that have created an enclosed double flow rider building and a custom cover lounge and play pavilion all in one home design?

If your answer is none…… that’s about to change! This is our #TheEstate project and it’s INSANE🤯 in these two spaces we created a enclosed double flow rider, the structure to hold it, a spa to relax in or watch your friend and family surf, not to mention a huge playground, a mini trampoline park, and a place for parents/family to sit down under the shade and make the best memories! I KNOW that’s A LOT ‼️‼️ but we aren’t done yet and there is more to come, so make sure to follow along with our page to get updates on this AMAZING project😁
